Learning Outcomes

Peak Performance is an emotionally gripping experiential learning tool which has been designed to change people’s understanding of, and attitude towards, soft skills for working collaboratively as a remote team. Participants learn about working remotely as a team through the use of an engaging theme and relevant links to their business environment. Following the experience, participants use reflective observation to identify what occurred during the exercise, what decisions they made and the consequences of these decisions. Participants are able to make effective behavioral changes by understanding and accepting the implications of their choices.
