The Lending Division of CUNA Mutual had created an advisory board of their top customers and had some pretty ambitious goals for their first meeting. They wanted to foster an environment where board members would be willing and open to sharing ideas. They wanted to gain insights into the most critical and new issues facing credit unions. And they wanted to insure that their advisory board got value from their participation.
Solution
An Experience Expedition. Play with a Purpose put together excursions to unique and cutting-edge businesses in the Orlando marketplace to explore how they were revolutionizing their industry. Then we took the principles gleaned from the expedition and brainstormed to apply them to the credit union business. This effort generated over 650 new ideas on ways to do business differently. CUNA Mutual got unique glimpses into the future of their customers, and the board members left with actionable tools to improve their business.
